Have you noticed that all the talk about the economy is negative. The media seems to be giving everything a down slant. Personally, I think it is so people become hopeless and won't say no to anything that is proposed. After all who wants to be the one that says no to something that might make things better. But have we really done our homework to discern if the economy is really that bad? Or are we playing the blame game and being lazy?
Last night our church participated in the live broadcast, if that what you call it, of Dave Ramsey's Town Hall for Hope. It was very good. He concluded with three points: Get Activity, Don't participate in Loser Talk, and Learn to Say "No."
