When a man asks a woman to be his wife, he is risking a lot. He is also saying, he thinks alot of her. He is entrusting many precious areas of his life to her, his joy, health, home, contentment, happiness, future, heart, finances, the list is quite extensive and daunting to a prospective wife. Often we who are already wives forget how much our husbands have entrusted to us.
It is very humbling to think that Mr. Wonderful thought I am capable of taking care of all these areas of his life and that he wanted me to be the one he trusted these areas to.
This thought has been in my mind this last week. There may be more to come.
