Today's harvest from the garden, minus the strawberries. The cabbage is slightly larger than my hand. If you grow leaf lettuce, spinach, or other greens having a salad spinner is a wonderful time saver. Of course if you are washing larger batches of leaf lettuce it does work to spin them in a lingerie laundry bag on a slow spin in a washing machine.
A view of my garden. The green beans have really struggled this summer. But the peas are starting to produce. I should be able to start putting some in the freezer today.
