The best way to test if you learned something
is to have to teach it to someone else!
Several of the sewing class girls offered a Sewing Class to sew a pillowcase to the ladies of our church as their service project this year.
The girls did a great job. Yes, they were a little nervous. But they tried to help each lady individually after teaching some of the basic terms and skills needed to sew a pillowcase.
I think the ladies had a good time sewing their pillowcases and chatting. A little chocolate for knowing parts of their sewing machine didn't hinder.
