The peas are ripening and I’m picking about every other day. There are almost enough in the freezer for the rest of the year. Last night it took me over an hour to pop peas to blanch and freeze.
One of the things I love about having a garden is I can share the bounty. Sunday, I gave away a couple of gallons of peas to another family.
