Feminine Appeal, chapter 8, The Beauty of Submission

Ah, the controversial topic of Titus 2. Submission. Starting with where it all began, Carolyn reminds us that God designed submission. A wife’s role of submitting to her own husband didn’t come about through the Fall, or Paul, or power-hungry men, but God at creation. It is our responsibility to God to be submissive to our own husband.

“God has graced each of us with unique gifts that He intends for us to use to support our husbands.” Bottom line–submission to our husband is to trust God to lead and direct him. How big is our God?
