In the last two weeks I didn't get much cheese made. We did finish up eating the Queso Blanco and I plan to make some more when I have some excess milk.
Yogurt Cheese, I've been making this for years and use it in a dip for veggies. Yum!
Tried Real Buttermilk Cheese again and it failed again!
Cultured Buttermilk Cheese, this worked, but we didn't like it.
