A very dear friend sent me two boxes of beautiful tomatoes…her family had 60 tomato plants and harvested over 1000 lbs. She loves to bless others with the abundance!
So I have been busy drying…
Turning them into Italian Sauce…
And trying a Lacto-fermented Ketchup recipe.
