Yesterday I cleaned my porcelain enamel kitchen sink with 20 Mule Team Borax. It made it so shiny! Wow! Much more gentle on the hands too! I also used it with a little detergent to clean the hair brushes.
I got the list of how to use 20 Mule Team Borax and Washing Soda from www.soapsgonebuy.com They have all types of uses listed and homemade laundry soap recipes. I just need to find Fels Naptha to try those recipes. I know I've seen it in stores before, but I can't remember where!
