Doesn't this look like fun? It was great. A friend and her daughter picked me up yesterday morning and we cross-country skiied a forest road overlooking a nearby lake. It was wonderful out between huge fir and pine trees with no one else on the trail. With uphills to climb we got our heart rate going. Downhills kept the heart rate up too, but it was the fear factor!
