Ready for the oven.
Son #4 just had to have some for lunch.
My Banana Bread recipe is Sue Gregg’s Chocolate Chip Bread from her Lunches & Snacks Cookbook. This is a scrumptious whole-wheat recipe that uses yogurt and baking soda for leavening. When I’ve taken it somewhere I always come home with an empty plate! People who aren’t use to whole wheat or think they don’t like whole wheat don’t believe it is 100% whole wheat.
