Simple Italian Chicken Marinade

Stir together equal parts of Italian Dressing, I prefer Zesty, and Apple Cider Vinegar add extra garlic if you love the taste of garlic. Pour over chicken at least 2 hours before cooking. Cover and refrigerate. I use about 1/2 cup for 2-3 pounds of chicken.

I like to slice grilled Italian marinated boneless chicken breasts served on Herbed Foccacia Bread. Makes a great gourmet sandwich!

This marinade also works for steaks with the addition of some Worcestershire sauce or Soy Sauce.

Italian Dressing Recipe

Olive Oil 1 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar 1/3 cup
Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
Garlic, minced 1 clove
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Parsley 1/2 tsp
Italian Seasoning 1/2 tsp
Honey or sugar, optional 1 Tbsp
